Will initially involve the set-up of the medicines management duties by a pharmacy technician at Babylon. This an exciting new role at where the Initial focus will be how Pharmacy Technicians can improve medicines management and more specifically medicines reconciliation upon registration of the patient.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to design and set up of the various services offered by the team to start with improving the medicines reconciliation process.
    • Write and update policies and processes related to prescribing and the prescription process: Make recommendations, provide training/support and propose policy/service changes where necessary to ensure continual improvements in medicines safety. Liaise with technical and development teams to produce the best products for our patients and clinicians.
    • Maintain close working links with other clinicians in the organisation: Communicate with a range of professionals including pharmacists, clinicians and nurses, to promote the safe use of medicines and ensure medicines are used in a clinically safe and cost-effective way across the health economy.
