Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, UX copywriters, product owners, analysts, and developers to plan and execute research across all stages of the design process.
- Plan and manage UX research projects across products and share findings with the research team, product teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Analytics, Optimisations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure UX research is aligned with and informed by their work.
- Be comfortable with both Qualitative and Quantitive research, working formatively (discovery) and evaluating (testing and optimization)

A: Applicants should possess familiarity and experience in a wide range of qual and quantitative approaches, with an understanding of how best to utilize these (individually, as well as in tandem) to address the project objectives.
