Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, UX copywriters, product owners, analysts, and developers to plan and execute research across all stages of the design process.
  • Plan and manage UX research projects across products and share findings with the research team, product teams, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics, Optimisations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure UX research is aligned with and informed by their work.
  • Be comfortable with both Qualitative and Quantitive research, working formatively (discovery) and evaluating (testing and optimization)
