- BCP Children’s First Response & MASH provides a single point of access to the services that keep children safe. It is a multi-agency team made up of representatives from a range of partner agencies that provide advice, support, and protection as needed.
- Children’s First Response & MASH ensures that all referrals are dealt with in a timely, coordinated, and efficient manner and that information shared is within a secure environment with the aim of identifying what help the child and family need and whether the child is at risk of harm – working together to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- The Business Support role within Children’s First Response & MASH Team requires the ability and resilience to support the team in a fast-paced, information-sensitive environment whilst maintaining a positive and calm persona and being able to build a good rapport and draw on the support network and resources within the team.
