Duties and Responsibilities
- We are looking for experienced catering and hospitality professionals to join our outstanding lecturing team.
- The role will include the planning and delivery of catering and hospitality curriculum from Level 1 to Level 3 including 16-18 learners, adult learners, and apprenticeships.
- The curriculum will cover key aspects of front-of-house and professional cookery.
- The post holder will hold a recognized teaching qualification (or be happy to work towards) and have relevant experience in many facets of professional cookery and the hospitality industry. Ideally, the candidate would have a level 4 in food hygiene and extensive experience in pastry and be versatile in all elements of the industry.
