What you’ll do

You’ll look for opportunities to improve operational excellence for the employee’s IT experience and improve productivity.

You’ll be the point of escalation for critical or high impacting IT issues impacting your region and will channel IT news to the business.

You’ll have opportunities to develop and train your public speaking and communications skills.

Overall, our job is to ensure that the Cisco business units in EMEAR are working on the latest IT solutions deployed by Cisco, both hardware and software, ensuring that any issues are addressed, any software localizations required are developed and implemented and that the business teams in region have exactly what they need to operate effectively.

As part of this, we will ask you to do things such as:

  • Present, share and demonstrate your work to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage business critical application escalations and contribute to optimizing processes at Cisco scale
  • Build key relationships with critical stakeholders and create partnerships across multiple Cisco functions
  • Analyze trends in the usage of Cisco applications and make recommendations on increasing simplicity while adding value
  • Build, Maintain and expand knowledge and skills of current and emerging Cisco technologies
