Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the wider Kindred team in the planning, design, development, and delivery of direct and channel marketing programs to achieve brand and channel objectives. Builds strong relationships across the business with key stakeholders enabling the provision of guidance, advice, and challenge. Supports relationships between Kindred and other creative agencies to deliver creative excellence that is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Supporting the development of internal processes to effectively support and maximize impact from campaigns briefed into Kindred. Implements, and monitors adherence to, agreed processes to ensure that all communications developed by the team are compliant with the relevant codes and regulations. Manages time wisely each day – mindful of meetings and deadlines. Shaping and following agreed processes and ways of working within the Kindred team.
