Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to all candidate queries throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to recruitment.
- Be a point of escalation for Talent Officers and provide mentoring and support
- Build strong relationships with the wider Grayce team and collaborate (client partners, practice lead, marketing, and people services)
- Manage the careers calendar and schedule interviews for the development programs
- Conduct first-stage interviews
Q: What Language Proficiency is Required?
A: Fluency in English is required.
Q: What Experience is Needed?
A: Experience in delivering end–to–end recruitment strategies to meet client SLAs, an understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies, experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs, experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases, the experience of face–to–face interviewing and proven experience and understanding of pre–employment vetting procedures including the right to work in the UK are all required.
