Duties and Responsibilities

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioners Estates Department based at the joint West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue headquarters.
  • The main purpose of the role is to ensure that reactive and planned grounds maintenance is carried out on the estate to a high standard throughout the seasons.
  • Managing a small team of gardeners, you will be hands-on, also ensuring health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to. Some basic mechanical knowledge will be required to maintain garden machinery.
