Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform tasks associated with processes such as Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills, and Invoices
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned
- Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per the organization’s standards and SOPs
- Take part in the investigation of queries and errors as well as assist in developing action plans to drive improvement.
Q: What experience is needed?
A: Possess the drive to meet assigned KPI, detail–oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information, willing to learn and take on new challenges, and excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders are preferred.
