Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist in the coordination of support packages for learners, removing financial barriers to participation and enabling achievement.
- Experience working in an office environment with excellent communication skills and willingness to work flexibly.
- The post holder will contribute to the achievement of a customer focussed Learner Support Funds function to provide an appropriate and responsive service to managers, their staff, and students.
- This post reports directly to the Head of Finance and will be based in the Learner Services Team.
- Essential criteria include a minimum NVQ2 qualification and GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
