Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of up to 5 developers/business analysts both onshore and offshore focusing on the design, development, and governance of user Identity Management
- Work closely with Application, Business, and Centralized Security teams to ensure re-certification and termination audits using the OIM platform are completed correctly and on time as required by SOX regulation
- Oracle Identity Manager 11gR1/R2, Oracle Access Manager 11g, Oracle Directory Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SAS hands-on experience is highly desired.
Q: What Experience is Needed?
A: Minimum 5 years of Technical Team Lead management experience and experience supporting OIM (Oracle Identity Management) server, OIM Connector, App Server(WebLogic), or similar Identity Management products such as OAM/OAAM/OID/OUD is required. Exposure to Oracle Identity Manager 11gR1/R2, and Oracle Access Manager 11g is preferred.
