We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Professional to join the team as the Digital Marketing Manager on a 6 month fixed-term contract. With the support of the Head of Brand Marketing, plan and execute innovative omni channel advertising which fulfils the global marketing strategy but also puts us at the forefront of the digital landscape. Ensure all best practice is employed and testing/optimizations are continually used to enable each channel to perform the best of it’s ability.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
General
- Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, responsible for digital marketing traffic driving initiatives across both performance and digital brand activations
- Responsible for PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid & Owned Social & Digital Display
- Lead and execute the UK & Ireland digital marketing strategy in line with both the global and local trading line up
- This role is a key interface between the global media, creative and brand activation departments to fulfil local marketing needs
- Push the boundaries with innovative ideas to ensure PANDORA stays ahead of the competition
- As Digital Marketing Manager you will manage both the performance marketing and digital brand budget
Performance & Digital Excellence
- Work closely with the eCom Analyst and Finance Business Partner to provide ROAS/KPI targets for each of the channels/agencies to adhere to
- Implement regular reporting structure to evaluate ROAS/KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis vs LY and targets
- Manage channel optimisations together with agencies to drive cost efficient channel performance
