Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of functional and support analysts to deliver exceptional service, developing and implementing best practice processes and procedures across the department (in the on-shore and off-shore models).
• Performance management of the team, ensuring regular 1-1’s, team meetings, and PDR reviews are held.
• Manage the workload of the team ensuring areas of responsibility are understood, knowledge share becomes second nature and appropriate documentation is in place.

Q: What experience is needed?

A: Candidates must have strong configuration and testing skills in the area of SAP FICO and exposure to Non–SAP finance solutions. Additionally, they must have extensive experience in the use of ERP systems, over and above SAP FI/CO including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, New GL, Profit Centre Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Cost Accounting, Bank Accounting, Report painter and Query.
