Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead the Accommodation team in the delivery of an exceptional student experience and service across a cluster of properties.
- Through providing excellent transformational leadership driving a health and safety culture and high standards, the Accommodation Manager will drive a high-quality customer-focused service, maintenance, and facility management provision across a cluster of properties.
- Effective business planning, establishing clear goals and priorities, and ensuring accountabilities are clearly assigned and delivered
- Maintain market and competitor intelligence and understanding, using survey results, and customer feedback to develop effective operational action plans for improvement.
